FH1 is a small molecule that enhances hepatocyte expansion and promotes the differentiation and maturation of iPSC-derived hepatocytes. When added to the medium after the initiation of differentiation of iPSCs over a period of 9 day, FH1 promotes more mature morphology. It is suggested to add FH1 into the culture medium on day 21 at a concentration of 15-20 microM to achieve desired effects in-vitro
