血細(xì)胞染色體核型分析可以提供染色體異常的信息，淋巴細(xì)胞通常不繼續(xù)細(xì)胞分裂。在促分裂因子的存在下，淋巴細(xì)胞受刺激復(fù)制DNA進入有絲分裂。 經(jīng)過48-72個小時，加入有絲分裂抑制劑，細(xì)胞停止在有絲分裂中期階段。經(jīng)過低滲，固定，染色，染色體可以用顯微鏡觀察以評估其是否異常。高分辨率分析 在血液常規(guī)核型分析中是一種特殊的操作，提供了大量處于分裂后期或早中期的細(xì)胞分裂形態(tài)。在這個階段，染色體長，機構(gòu)不致密。G帶出現(xiàn)后，染色體會呈現(xiàn)出 常規(guī)方法中不能檢測到的條帶。高分辨率為核型分析提供了更多的細(xì)節(jié)。
